I smelled this perfume at my sisters’ place, and I absolutely fell in love with it. I purchased a bottle right away and that is exceedingly rare for me. Versace Eros Pour reminds me of sweet and sour fruits like raspberries, lemonade, & bright yellow lemons. It is amazing. I got floral but sweet and tangy. Simply put, sour & sweet. But it is not an overwhelming heavy sweet, it is a light, crisp, clean, and sophisticated sweet. It is one of the many perfumes my boyfriend loves smelling on me. He has an extremely sensitive nose. And I always get compliments on this from anyone who smells it. I will be keeping this perfume in my collection forever
My friend Zoe describes it as ‘Escada vibes in the best conceivable way.’ She said that if I were not wearing it as often and if we were not friends, she would have bought the bottle a long time ago. FYI, she does not like smelling like me, although she loves my fragrances.
Its Autumn now so I am wearing a perfume hat more season appropriate. But I am going to use this perfume a lot once it gets warmer (I live in South Africa, so I need to manage my expectations here lol).

I personally feel like there is dissonance between the “elegant” (low key tacky) look of the bottle, and the scent itself. I can imagine a hot pink or bright yellow modern bottle would suit this perfume better. To me it is a citrusy fruit cocktail

Ok, so… Lets be clear. Wait, let us be noticeably clear… When you find a perfume that has such a metallic cover, do you think that this perfume might smell like flowers? I do not think so. The Problem with Versace Eros Pour Femme is the Packaging. The packaging of this perfume does not scream sweet, feminine, soft, and floral although the perfume is sweet, feminine, soft, and floral. The bottle and the fragrance come off two different opposing energies, but that is what makes this perfume so amazing.
The Scent of a Floral loving woman
I love floral perfumes. I love sweet perfumes and I love all femme perfumes that are not manly or unisex. What I hate about unisex perfumes is that they lack the uniqueness of femaleness. I love perfumes that celebrate women, targeted at women, and marketed to only women. There are so many things that we share with men that I feel like this should be ours and ours alone.
I do not mind the male version of and scent if it is not unisex.
