Healthy meal Ideas for weightloss or just for being healthy you must try today. The struggle is real when looking for good and healthy MEALS to eat, whether for just a more healthy body or for loosing a bit if weight. I went on a 7 day vegan Challenge a couple of weeks ago and, I promised my INSTAGRAM FOLLOWERS id do a post about it so, here it goes. Below are a few meals that I and a couple of my friends ate that week and some that I created a week before preparing for the Challenge.
I did something a little wrong during this vegan week, I added lots of refined carbohydrates. After the challenge I realized you can substitute almost any refined carbohydrate with a vegetable like cauliflower, cabbage, garden cress, bok choy, broccoli, brussels sprouts and any green leafy vegetable which gives you the same amount of energy, has fewer calories but fills you up well.
People do tend to make sweeteners out to be bad for you but sweeteners are very important in terms of replacing sugar. I hope you find this as interesting as I did creating these delicious, oh wait, #belicious meals 🙂 You think they look good? wait till you taste them. #Wink

(3. Breakfast Ideas: When you are in a rush)
Breakfast
- Corn Flakes with Milk
- Hot chocolate with Sugar and Milk
The More healthier option
- Corn Flakes with almond Milk
- Rooibos Tea with Sweeteners
(4. Lunch or Breakfast ideas: When you are trying to get protein from other sources other than meat or chicken or fish)
Lunch/ Breakfast
- Peanuts and raisins
- White bread Omelette
- Garnished with Pepper, mayonnaise , tomato sauce and parsley.
- Black coffee
Dessert
- Strawberries,
- Warm bananas
- Muesli
- Milk
The healthier option
- Peanuts and raising
- 1 slice of bread and poached egg
- Garnished with parsley, tomato sauce and pepper
- Rooibos tea, Joko, Five roses without sugar or with sweeteners.

- Strawberries and berries
- Warm bananas
- with almond milk, honey or syrup
(5. Lunch Ideas: Quick and easy Lunch anyone?)
Lunch
- 2 slices of Brown bread
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Friend Egg
- 2 Slices of Palony
- Tea or Juice
The healthier option
- No bread
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 avocados
- 1 Egg
- No Palony
- Water
(6. Dinner/ Lunch ideas: When you are trying to get all your nutrients in)
Dinner/ Lunch
- Beef
- 1. Avocado
- Tomato salsa (Onions, chilies and tomatoes)
- Noodles
- Half Pineapple
- 1 Apple
- Apple juice
The Healthier/ Fat loss option
- Chicken or Fish
- 2 Avocados
- Tomato salsa (Onions, chilies and tomatoes)
- Broccoli
- Half Pineapple
- 1 Apple
- Apple juice
- Add 2 Glasses of water
I cut out the pineapple and filled it with apple pieces and added apple juice to it so i basically used the Pineapple outer cover as a cup lol was tasty.

Lunch/Dinner
- Mix Avocado with Cucumber
- 2 Fried eggs
- Tomato sauce
- 5 slices of Bread made into small little balls
- Green Peas
- Ice Tea Peach
Dessert
- 2 Kiwi Fruits
- Strawberries
- 2 Bananas
- Coconut Flakes with No added liquids
The Healthier option
- Mix Avocado with Cucumber
- 1 Boiled egg
- Tomato sauce
- 2 slices of Bread made into small little balls
- Green Peas
- Ice Tea Peach lite or Water
Dessert
- 2 Kiwi Fruits
- Strawberries
- 2 Oranges and berries
- Coconut Flakes with No added liquids
(8. Lunch/ Dinner ideas: When you are going VEGAN)
Dinner/ Lunch
- Vegetable stir fry
- Green Greek Salad with no feta cheese
- Cucumber and avocado on the side
Healthier substitute
This is a healthy meal just don’t over heat, boil or cook the veggies for their nutrients.
(9. Lunch/ Dinner ideas: When you trying to substitute meat)
Lunch/ Dinner
- Chicken
- Pineapples
- Broccoli
- Yellow Peppers
- Tomatoes
Healthier Substitute
- Get brown beans or lentils in place of the chicken.
