PERFUMES WORTH THE BUY : REVIEWING Givenchy Dahlia Divin Eu De Perfum.
Hey ladies and gents, I’ve been blessed to be gifted a couple of perfumes from a very important person in my life, my boyfriend and, I just really wanted to share with you my gifts and review some of the scents, so that if you thinking of getting someone special a perfume this holiday season you don’t need to look no further. Gifts are not just male to female and vice versa, I love gifting my female friends perfumes as well as I’m madly in love with perfumes myself. And, if you are a guy, perfumes are a perfect gift to give to your girl, mother and basically any woman important to you. So todays must have holiday gift wish list is the Givenchy Dahlia Divin Eu De Perfum.
I love this scent! It’s sweet and flowery without being girly or trashy, and it just smells so light and airy. I actually layer it with its sweet scented lotion and it smells delightful! It’s not too complex, and you can really wear it every single day without it being overpowering.
Its main accords are white floral, wood and fruit with a bit of a warm spice infused somewhere in there. I love this scent; it is one of my favorites. The only down side to it is that it is not a 24 hour scented perfume. It is strong the first 3 hours then starts dying down to produced its more and I am glad to have come across it when I was in dire need of a mature, classy scent. I came upon it by chance, whilst testing different perfumes in my local Boots. I thought the glass bottle was very elegant and classy, and when I spritzed it onto a testing strip I was immediately enthralled by the scent.
Givenchy Dahlia Divin Eu De Perfum is woody floral, with a warm, slightly sweet undertone. It is PERFECT. I absolutely love this perfume! it’s deep and multifaceted and would smell different on everyone. I really urge you to go smell it as it doesn’t get the love it deserves. It is on the pricey side (YEAH I LOOKED IT UP), but that is the case with most Givenchy perfumes, and I was gifted the 50 ml which should last me a while. I love the simple and elegant bottle; it looks great on my countertop. It is usually R1700 AT Red Square but you can get the 75 ml bottle for R1200.00 HERE
