A CURVY GIRLS GUIDE TO GOOD LOOKING THIGHS

TAKE CARE OF YOUR THIGHS CURVY GIRLS .

Exercising them regularly.  Try to do exercises that target your hips, butt, thighs and legs. These may include the famous squats, lunges, step ups, hip extensions, deadlifts, hiking, waking often,running and kickboxing.

LOVE YOUR THIGHS

While you exercise, don’t forget the diet.This will not only help with your weight but will also help keep your skin look fabulous. (Fruits and Veggies)

ENHANCE YOUR THIGHS

Exfoliate regularly using products designed for your thighs/legs.  Mechanicaly exfoliate using methods like loofah sponge, sea salt, brushes scrubbing sponge, exfoliating gloves and creams with grit that may come from walnut shells and apricot pits.

BE PROUD OF YOUR THIGHS

Moisturize frequently by applying generous amounts of high quality lotions with extra gloss. Vitamin E oil helps to hydrate the skin so anything with Vitamin E especially E45(The Body Butter or cream) for those living in very dry areas, does wonders.
Moisturize your legs at least twice a day, preferably after a shower, or bath and just before you go to bed

WHERE APPROPRIATE: SHOW OFF YOUR THIGHS.

This outfit was worn to work, with the crop top way lower and the buttons on the skirt buttoned down. Aint nobody got time to get fired for inappropriate wear at work but My motto is, if u still got it, flaunt it.
